Speaker Submission Criteria

To ensure a high-quality, relevant, and balanced agenda, your submission form should require the following information. These criteria help the selection committee evaluate the proposal's content, the speaker's credibility, and the session's overall fit.

I. Content and Relevance

1. Name and Profile/Company Link:
2. Session Title: (Clear, punchy, and speaks to the takeaway.)
3. Abstract / Description: (Max 500 characters.) A clear summary of the session's content and thesis.
4. Target Audience: (Select one or more: BA/Analysts, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Executive/Leadership.)
5. Key Takeaways: (3-5 measurable bullet points.) 
6. Experience Level: (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced.)
7. Topic Alignment: (How does the content directly address the intersection of AI, Business Analysis, or Project Management?)

II. Speaker Credibility and Presentation

1. Speaker Bio: (Max 250 characters.)
2. Past Speaking Experience: List 3-5 previous speaking engagements (Conferences, Webinars, Corporate Training).
3. Video Link: A link to a past presentation or a short 2-minute video pitch demonstrating presentation style, energy, and clarity.
4. Headshot & Social Media Links: (For promotional materials.)

III. Logistics

1. Preferred Session Format: (Presentation, Case Study/Demo, Panel Discussion, Hands-on Workshop)
2. A/V Needs: (Beyond standard projector/microphone, e.g., dual screens, specific software requirements for a demo.)
